Workspace defaults
Under Settings, set currency (often AUD), a tax label such as GST, and a default rate (commonly 10%).
New estimates and invoices pick up those defaults. Already-sent documents keep their historical totals.
Line-level tax
Each line can carry its own tax rate. Non-taxable products can send a zero rate when added from Products & services.
Double-check totals before you mark a document Sent.
