Yes, all prices are in AUD. Amounts on this page are exclusive of GST. Australian businesses may pay GST on subscription fees when billing is enabled; your invoice will show the GST component clearly.
No. A new workspace starts on Starter at A$0. Pro and Team are charged only when you choose them under Billing → Subscriptions. Your customers can pay an invoice by bank transfer or by card. You keep your quotes, invoices and customers if you stay on Starter.
Annual is about two months free: Pro is A$12.49 per month when billed yearly instead of A$14.99 per month. Team is A$59 per month when billed yearly instead of A$69. You pick monthly or annual at checkout.
Yes. Cancel the renewal in Stripe and the workspace returns to Starter at the end of the period already paid. Your records stay. Creating new quotes, invoices, jobs or people then follows the Starter caps.
You do. Quotes, invoices, customers and job history belong to your business. You can export them.
